Soccer, Football, Futebol, Futbol!

So the football gauntlet has ended.  As some of you know, I play on three different soccer teams, one outdoor and two indoor.  This week, I was privileged enough to have 4 games in 4 days for each of those teams.  One Sunday, One Monday, and Two on Wednesday (today).  Unfortunately my teams only won one of the four, but we played hard and it is always fun to play.  I have always said, I’ll play anytime and anywhere, but tonight my body is done.  Soreness does not begin to describe it.  I have been kicked and fouled so many times this week, I feel like a punching bag.

Oh well, at least no more games until Sunday.  Unless I play in the pickup game on Friday… Hmm.  Anytime, anywhere?  We’ll see.
