Who’s got a neat longish-term career goal they’re focused on as an individual contributor?
I need something more inspiring than “me, but 10x better”. 🤣 Setting these has always been tough because 1) I don’t aspire to people management (yet) and 2) I tend to be led by my curiosity. It would be nice to have something to work towards, though.
