Key take away from my book on surviving Big Tech: Big Tech is not right for everyone. While companies may be different, their underlying reward systems and inevitable structures are much the same. There are different periods of your career where you might want that (having kids, early career savings). For some, these roles will always be too restrictive, creatively draining, or political. They are challenging, and it's been interesting observing them for the past 6 years of my life
