Is there a way to export different instances in variable fonts vs static fonts, from a single designspace?
That is, I’d like to export static instances to cover multiple axes in subfamilies, but give the variable font only weight+italic instances (e.g. so I can have multiple static subfamilies for opsz, but let opsz be auto in the variable font).
It doesn’t seem like this is possible without creating separate variable vs static designspaces, but I could be missing something...
