@me I think the best happy path here with the least amount of client-JavaScript is going to be distributing modules via npm. We already have the build, so I’d really prefer to do that work at build-time!

You’ll start to see more on this as we release more official Eleventy WebC components, right now we have `@11ty/is-land` and `@11ty/eleventy-plugin-syntaxhighlight`.
